We Value God’s Word, The Bible 
We believe that the Bible is God’s inspired word.  It is His gift to us to reveal the plan of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.  It is our source of authority and therefore is the primary means by which we begin and grow in our relationships with God and with each other.   (Psalm 119:105, John 17:17, Hebrews 4:12)

We Value Prayer

God’s desires relationship with all people.  He has not only give us His word, but He invites us to come to Him in prayer.  We believe that prayer is a vital part of our relationship with Him and seek to cultivate our prayer life to incorporate it in all that we do.  (Isaiah 56:7, Ephesians 6:18, James 5:16)

We Value Worship

We believe worship is vital to our relationship with Christ.  It is in worship that we are joined together as a body, we hear God’s word proclaimed and we receive His gifts.  It is our opportunity to respond to God’s love with our praises and worship.  We believe it should be a high priority in our lives that we come together regularly for worship.  (Psalm 100:2, John 4:23, Hebrews 10:25)

We Value God’s Gifts

God not only tells us He loves us, be He expressed that love in physical ways.  God takes ordinary things like water, bread and wine and through the power of His Word and Holy Spirit, give us what we need the most:  forgiveness, salvation and life.  We celebrate and enjoy God’s gifts as an important aspect of our worship.  (Matthew 26:26-28, 1 Peter 3:21, John 4:24)

We Value Spiritual Growth

God desires that we grow in faith and understanding of His love and plan for our lives.  We believe that is God’s will that we challenge ourselves to take seriously God’s will for our lifestyles and ways of thinking.  We believe that disciplining ourselves to learn, study, and mature in our faith is God’s will for all believers (Ephesians 4:11-15, 1 Peter 2:2, Hebrews 6:1)

We Value Each Other

People matter to God, so people matter to us.  We believe that God desires not only that we be in relationship with Him, but also that we demonstrates His love in our relationships with each other.  We strive to have deep and meaningful relationships as extensions of God’s love, grace and mercy.  (John 13:34, Matthew 22:38-39, Romans 12:10)

We Value Unity

Jesus prayed that His Church be unified.  We believe God has called us to be a people who seek Biblical reconciliation in our conflicts.  We desire to follow after the leading of God’s Holy Spirit in the unity for which Christ lived and died.  We believe God will lead us together as we seek to accomplish His will for our lives (John 17:22, 1 Corinthians 1:10, Ephesians 4:3)

We Value Those Who Do Not Yet Know the Love of Jesus Christ

Jesus died so that all people might be saved.  It is because of God’s great love that He sent Jesus.  It is because of Jesus’ great love that He died for all.  We believe that all Christians are commissioned to demonstrate that love to others.  (John 3:16, Matthew 28:18-20, Jude 1:20-23)
